The Clinical Advisory Committee on Diagnostic Imaging (CACODI), is an independent forum that includes UK heart, lung, colon cancer specialists and US and UK radiation safety experts. It¹s aim is to generate open debate about the benefits and risks of screening and let considered judgement lead. The argument for health screening should focus on the health benefits to the patient rather than the inconvenience to the health sector.
